Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thawed will take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Frozen will take 2-3 hours. Its hard to find this Gyro Meat loaf. Once I found it I was instanly hungry for a Gyro Sandwich. I went to place my order and was pleased with the item price and then was hit with the shipping!!! Wow shipping was a little high. I figured it was due to the special shipping of meat. I think it took a little long and was not to pleased with the shipping time. Over all the meat was great and I got my Gyro sandwich just let down on the shipping.

This was ordered accidentally, but I accepted it anyway. I (and my family) am very glad I did. It was delicious. I will definitely order this and other products from them again.

The meat tastes GREAT. Unfortunately the shipping was 4 times the cost of the meat. I had looked into buying this 2 months earlier but never finished the order because of the outrageous shipping cost. Then I was placing a quick order for schoolbooks for my son and this was still in my cart. I had forgotten about the shipping cost and ended up buying it. I didn't find out until it arrived that I had paid $79 shipping for a $20 product.
On a positive note, it was delicious.

The meat is good but it came packed in a thin plastic wrap and put in to styrofoam packing with little protection. When delivered the plastic wrap was ripped and in direct contact with the packing material. The Ice pack were melted. It would be better if packed with at least two plastic barriers and dry Ice. I ordered meat from Ohmaha meats and I came packed in a styrofoam cooler with dry ice and in good condition.

We used to get Gyro's all the time in NY - but cannot get good ones here in TN..we bought the gyro meat and it was AWESOME! So easy to make and the customer service at the company helped me with a recipe for the sauce that I could make at home! We will be buying more in the future - WE LOVE IT!!! Thank you SO MUCH for making this available.
