So, I've been a fan of licorice for decades, and tried too many brands. This one is a standout! Rich licorice flavor, chewy but neither rock hard or too soft. Hard to find - I've literally gone to Cost Plus MANY times, seen full racks of other brands, and this specific formulation always sells out - and is hard to find. Now I get it on the 'Net. Other formulations by Katjes are not as good, in my view.
