These are fantastic if you like Hungarian or Eastern European food. Little egg "barley-style" noodles.

Needed a replacement for a Mrs. Weiss noodle and these were just what our recipe called for. This was the only source that really matched what our Hungarian soup recipe called for.

"Pawsfurthought"
Oma made these for years, as she was a German who grew up on the Hungarian border. We made these as part of what she called "Chicken Tarhonya," which used chicken wings, paprika, onions, and of course, tarhonya. These are wonderful little gems, and even my American son LOVES these!!
